FOOD COLORS

	Solutions of the soluble varieties are made by wetting the required quantity with some warm distilled/soft water and pasting it well.
	Stock solutions can be stored for short periods. The concentrations depend on the solubility of various colors at ambient temperatures.
	Synthetic Food colors have unlimited Self-life and are required to be stored in air-tight plastic containers, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Contact with water should be avoided.
